Three awards at the National Hospital Radio Awards 2007

The prestigious National Hospital Radio Awards where held on Saturday 31 st March 2007 at the Park Inn Hotel Northampton.

The Radio Cavell Team of Phil Edmonds, Dave McGealy, Nigel Hobson plus "Billy Bug", with Northants 96 presenters and former Radio Cavell members, Jagger and Woody.

Radio Cavell picked up three awards, our Latics Live sports programme received an award for the third consecutive year, being presented with the Bronze Award in 2007.

A commended certificate was presented in the Specialist Music Category for our ‘Cruising’ Rock and Roll Programme.

Finally we receive a Special Judges Commendation Award for our ‘Billy Bug’ campaign that we ran in association with the Pennine Actute Hospitals NHS Trust Communications Department
