A key part of Radio Cavell's unique service is the information service that we provide. The center stone to this is what we call our Infomercials which we carry free of charge, twice an hour, twenty four hours a day.
Radio Cavell harnesses the power of radio advertising to promote a wide range of hospital and good health promotion messages. These take the form of short 30 second to a minute and half 'adverts' which as part of our public service we do not make a charge for the production or broadcast. We carry infomercials for a varying of groups and issues. Both long running such as a jingle about the Hospital League of Friends which gets played two or three times a day year round, to short run campaigns for special events such as fund rasing events for the Scanner Appeal which would get heavy air play for a week or two.
